SMOKED SALMON
This succulent fish is delicate, rich, full-flavoured and can be quite versatile when it comes to accompaniments. My personal favourites are lemon, capers, herbs or cream cheese. We will however, be tasting the smoked salmon simply on its own, allowing the flavour of the fish and the wine to be matched exclusively.
For wine matching and the tasting, just simply plain smoked salmon. No accompaniment.
